Tymoshenko declares the GPU to be unreasonable increase of tariffs for gas
The leader of the parliamentary faction "Batkivshchyna" former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko informed that he had prepared a letter to the Prosecutor General with a complaint against a substantiation of increase of tariffs for gas and electricity for residents.

"Today I made the decision to take such drastic step, which, in my opinion, may have a small impact on the government - to live and work for the people, for the state, not for corruption schemes. I have prepared an appeal to the Prosecutor General. I have in my hands a message about the crimes committed by all officials who specifically participated in the formation of unreasonable, inflated speculative and heat tariffs in gas prices for residents of Ukraine, " Tymoshenko said at a press conference on Wednesday.

She said that such a crime has no relation to the political rhetoric and the actions of those who set high tariffs for residents, there is a part of criminal lawlessness. Tymoshenko explained that the gas produced in Ukraine, must be aimed at the needs of the residents.

"I would argue that the Cabinet of Ministers, who claimed the order, the balance in the distribution of natural gas in 2015, has violated the law" on principles of natural gas market functioning " and were given at least 3, 1 billion cubic meters of gas to the population
