"The detention of the participants of the case, unfortunately, does not mean that the activities of the "Orekhovo" group. Six members of this gang still remain at large. According to our data, all of them are located outside the Russian Federation, for this reason is the search for them ", - said Markin in the " Honest detective ".

"Orekhovo" group was one of the largest criminal networks in the Russian capital since the late 80's until the first half of the 90s. Like most of the gang was formed in the era of perestroika from young athletes headed by Sergey Timofeev named Sylvester (he's been compared to Sylvester Stallone for muscularity). In 1994 Sylvester died in the end of the attempt, after which the gang fell apart into many small criminal associations.

A number of former members of the group convicted, some have lost their lives in the process of gang warfare.
