The head of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on Wednesday in the course of a telephone conversation with President of the French Republic Francois Hollande, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko stressed the need for early dialogue between Kiev and South-East of Ukraine, said the press service of the Kremlin.

"Careful attention was paid to the implementation of the political provisions of the Minsk agreements, most importantly the holding in Ukraine of the constitutional reform, including legislation making special status regions of Donbass, as well as the organization of local elections and the adoption of the Amnesty law. In this regard, Vladimir Putin once again stressed the need for the early establishment of full-fledged direct dialogue between the Kiev authorities and representatives of southeastern Ukraine ", - is informed in the report.
