The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on Thursday signed a law prohibiting Russian companies and individuals to establish in Ukraine the television and participate in their management, informs a press-service of the head of the country.

Relevant law the Verkhovna Rada on 3 September.

in addition, the law obliges the subjects of information activities (television and radio broadcasters, providers of program services) disclose information about the real ownership structure and to provide information about the ultimate beneficiary owner (controller) organization.
