Pushilin: DPR regrets the failure of the OSCE to monitor the elections
In Donetsk people's Republic regret the decision Of the OSCE Office for democratic institutions and human rights (ODIHR) to refrain from monitoring the local elections in the Republic, said on Thursday the head of the delegation of the self-proclaimed DND on Minsk talks Denis Putilin.

The Ukrainian government has appointed elections to local authorities on 25 October.
