Ukrainian police have declared wanted by the former head of the operator of the main oil pipelines "Ukrtransnafta" Alexander Lazorko.




Lazorko is charged under paragraph "assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position" which provides till 12 years of imprisonment. According to the interior Ministry of Ukraine, Lazorko disappeared on 18 August this year, reports RIA " Novosti ". Before the meeting of shareholders of "Ukrtransnafta" has decided not to renew the employment relationship with spring suspended from office by the head of the organization's Board Lazorko. In July the court of appeal of Volyn region obliged the state company "Ukrtransnafta" to allow management of the plant suspended in the spring of the Supervisory Board of the organization protege of the Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky ? Alexander Lazorko. Lazorko spring explained that his removal may be on the Charter of the organization, but documents about the initiation of the internal investigation he was not represented. Because of this, he believes his suspension is unlawful. According to his statement, the basis for his dismissal, it is only possible criminal divergence or damage to the organization.
