New humanitarian logistics center will open within the residential settlement Novotroitsk in the Donbass, about it the representative of the Special monitoring mission (SMM) of the OSCE told the chief of one of such centers.

"On September 13, the Director General of the regional municipal enterprise responsible for the supervision and coordination of the logistics center, told the SMM that on 18 September will open a New humanitarian logistics center in the government-controlled village Novotroitskoye," said Last news Commissioner of the OSCE.

1st humanitarian logistics center, which is located in the Donetsk region on the separation line, started the process in late summer. All proceeds from the activities of the centre will be transferred to the regional budget. According to civil-military administration of the region, on the area of 2 acres with water and power supply will be open-house pharmacy, a mobile branch of Oschadbank, first-aid station, a shopping arcade and health area. To preserve public order within the logistics center will be the Workers of the Ministry of internal Affairs, checking at the entrance will implement border guards, and away - the Staff of the fiscal service.
