Officially it is called " programmatic policy loan financial sector development ", but really is budget-substituting nature. This is the second and last in a series of Bank loan to Kiev this kind, informs news Agency.



Announcing the decision of its Board of Directors, the press service of the WB indicated that the overall objective of the new project - " support a number of priority reforms in the banking sector in response to the financial crisis in Ukraine." Money must most importantly be directed at strengthening the guarantee Fund Bank deposits.
