State Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin tried to convince the participants of the parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE to focus on the resolution of the Ukrainian fall through negotiation and to immediately convene an inter-parliamentary contact group on Ukraine.

"I urge members of the Assembly to focus on the following specific tasks in security. First, the resolution of the Ukrainian fall through negotiation and bestlocation convocation of our parliamentary group, " said Naryshkin, speaking at the session of the OSCE parliamentary Assembly in Ulaanbaatar.

the conclusion about the creation of the inter-parliamentary contact group on Ukraine was adopted at the session of OSCE PA in June 2014 in Baku on the initiative Naryshkin, but since then it still does not work, because the Ukrainian delegation ignored the Decision.
