The Parliament of Ukraine adopted amendments to the budget rule of the country that will resolve the matter on the issue, servicing and redemption of government derivatives and prioritization of restructured debt.

This is one of the government package of laws that will give the possibility to restructure the state dog of the country and its partial write-off.

the document notes that the right to issue (placement) state the derivatives will have the state represented by the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the Ukrainian government. The rules of issue and allocation of the state derivatives will be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Service state derivatives will be carried out by the Ministry of Finance for the funds of the state budget for the respective year.
