Protection of the son of the Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Mustafa Jemilev of Hauser, convicted in Russia for accidentally killing a friend of the family, is preparing a complaint against the sentence, but served only in case if the Russian Federation refuses to Ukraine his extradition, said Last news lawyer Dzhemilev Nikolai Polozov.

The work of the son of member of Parliament, was heard in the Krasnodar regional court with participation of jurors who considered it proven that in may 2013 in the Crimean city of Bakhchisaray Hayser Dzhemilev on the territory of his home from a gun accidentally shot a family friend Fevzi Adamova. The prosecution insisted, because it was premeditated murder. The regional court has pronounced a sentence to Dzhemilev, Jr. to five years of the sentence for Causing death by negligence.

The defense appealed the verdict, insisting that he can only be cancelled. The Supreme court of the Russian Federation, having considered the appeal, reduced the sentence to 3, 5 years, stating the reasons for the decision that according to paragraph "Causing death on imprudence" has expired a limitation period of attraction of Haiser Jemilev to justice.
