The Ukrainian authorities intend to launch a new law enforcement agencies before the end of the year in seven cities - Kharkiv, Mykolayiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Uzhgorod, Mukachevo, Lutsk And Khmelnytsky. In the future it is expected to reorganize the entire structure of the Ministry of internal Affairs.
