Klitschko made the proposal to dismantle more than 100 Soviet monuments in Kiev
Ukrainian Institute of national memory (winp) referred to the mayor of Kiev Vitaly Klitschko with the petition to dismantle more than 100 monuments of the Soviet period.
Winp offers to opt-in to Kiev from 105 monuments and memorials of the Communist regime, is notified on the Internet representative office of the Institute.
