U.S. trained militants have entered Syria U.S. trained militants have entered Syria. The U.S. command announced that 70 fighters, the new Syrian forces will fight together with selected opposition groups.

The Central command of the Armed forces of the United States (CENTCOM) reported that approximately 70 fighters of the Syrian opposition, trained by American instructors, entered the area of Syria from Turkey. It stressed that the militants, dubbed the new Syrian forces, will play the role of favorites during the actions of the armed opposition in the North of the country. "With the support of the new international coalition of Syrian forces would fight together with selected opposition forces, to use the training and equipment obtained in the process of appropriate programmes in order to strengthen the work of larger units," CENTCOM cites RIA Novosti.

A new group of U.S.-trained Syrian opposition came to the power area on the background of strong criticism of the program on their preparation for Congress. In the process of the program price of $ 500 million could prepare about 54 fighters who arrived in Syria in early July 2015 and almost immediately were routed local branch "al-Qaeda" - "dzhebhat EN-Nusra". Some of the militants were killed, others were captured.

In testimony to Congress in early September, the office of the Pentagon was forced to admit that in Syria are fighting 4 or 5 opposition fighters prepared by the United States. It is worth noting that the United States is expected to prepare 5,4 thousand soldiers to fight the extremists and government troops in Syria. The main difficulty faced by American instructors, was that they could not find who the militants is considered a moderate dissident, but who can use the knowledge and the weapons are misused.

The head of the Ministry of defense of the United States Ashton Carter announced that the revision took place 7 thousand people, but aspects of the selection were too hard. Cadets were required to have a clean reputation, not to be seen in the atrocities and be ready to fight according to international laws governing the conduct of hostilities.
