Natalia Dobrovolskaya. The European Commissioner on issues of justice, clients, and gender equality Vera Yurova September 23-25, will visit Kyiv to discuss reforms in the area of justice and fight illegal activities of officials, said in a communique of the European Commission.

"Ukraine in recent months started important reforms in the area of justice. Now they must turn into real action. I look forward to meeting with Ukrainian officials and all parties involved in implementing reforms to prepare proposals for further support of Ukraine in the battle with illegal activities of officials and organized crime, " said Yurova, words which are contained in the communiqu?.

During the visit the European Commissioner will meet with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko, the General Prosecutor Victor Solinym, representatives of the Verkhovna Rada, as well as experts and representatives of civil society.
