The Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation sees no issues with food security of the Crimea because of a "food blockade," said Deputy head of the Ministry Viktor Evtukhov.

"You know, Crimea than good? There is actively developed small retail formats, and market fair trade - that we want to develop in the other regions. For this reason, some issues with food security in Crimea, we as the Ministry do not see, " said Evtukhov reporters on the sidelines of a forum Retail Business Russia.

on Sunday, activists of the banned in Russia as extremist movement "Right sector" and other Ukrainian organizations blocked the delivery of food to the Crimea and started a "perpetual food blockade" of the Peninsula. The message about intention to block the border with the Crimea first made the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, leaders of the unregistered organization "the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars" Refat Chubarov and Mustafa Dzhemilev.

The authorities of the Russian Republic called the action pointless. The Kiev Authorities do not create obstacles to the blockade of the Peninsula. Authorized Crimean Tatar organizations have acknowledged the improper conduct of this promotion.
