The Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine finished fourth interrogation of the leader of the nationalist party "Freedom" Oleg Tyahnybok on charges of rioting in Happy, the next interrogation date to be determined later.

More than 150 people, including More than 60 national guardsmen, was damaged during the riots on August 31 at the Parliament building that occurred after adoption of the MPs in the first reading of changes to the Constitution in terms of decentralization. Later it was announced about the death of 3 enforcers because of the resulting riots in injuries. The head of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov has been accused of participating and organizing riots of the party "Svoboda" and Tyagnibok.

"Suspicion is not awarded. The investigator even called the date of the next interrogation. He said he will decide (with date) and additionally will know ", - said tiagnybok reporters on Thursday after interrogation.

party leader added that he still has the procedural status of a witness in the case. According to Tiahnybok, neither He nor his lawyers do not have claims to the investigators on the interrogation.
