"Twenty-4th of September this year, "Gazprom" sent "Naftogaz of Ukraine" a letter signed by the Chairman of the Board Alexey Miller. In the letter, Gazprom confirms that it will not apply the "take or pay" contract of the sale and purchase of gas dated 19 January 2009 regarding the supply of gas from Russia to Ukraine in the period from 1 October 2015 to 31 March 2016 ", - said in the report.
