Russia, Ukraine and the EC initialled a tripartite Protocol on winter package of gas supplies from Russia to Ukraine, said Vice-President of the European Commission on energosoiuz maro? ?ef?ovi?.

"The main achievement of the gas Protocol initialed by Russia, Ukraine and the European Commission," he wrote in his own microblog on Twitter on the results of the last working day of the week tripartite talks on gas.
