German foreign Minister: contacts in Ukraine need to continue to " Norman meetings "

The document is preliminary and will be finally signed during the week.

"Now at least for the coming winter we have a reasonable solution which will help to prevent humanitarian crisis in Ukraine and with financial support from Europe will help the economic and social stabilization in Ukraine ", - said Steinmeier.
