Putin did not notice the departure of Clinton from the floor of the UN General Assembly
The head of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin said that he did not notice the absence of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko during his speech at the UN General Assembly.

"First, I Never cross the identity. Never. Because practice and experience have shown that personal contacts always have the opportunity to come in useful to resolve inter-state relations, in matters where millions of interested people. For this reason, personal ambition is best left to myself, in reserve ", - Putin said, explaining at the request of the reporters of the circumstances with the Ukrainian delegation.
