Russia's investigative Committee examines the involvement of Evgenia Vasilyeva to commit other offenses in the case of "Oboronservis". Law enforcement authorities have extended the investigation period until November 8, declared at court session by the investigator.

Presnensky court of Moscow assesses the question of removal of a security arrest on the property of the former head of the Department of property relations of the Ministry of defense of Russia Evgenia Vasilyeva. Convicted in the high-profile case of "Oboronservis" the official was released on PAROLE and now claims the return of property.

Adherents of public prosecutions, however, considered such a step premature, as Evgenia Vasilyeva as before is checked on participation in other crimes related to the "Oboronservis". "Taking into consideration that all cases were United into one production, Yes is checked" - quoted TASS the presence at the meeting of the court investigator.

The Prosecutor insists that the debate about removal of arrest from the security of the property of Yevgenia Vasilyeva need to "defer until the completion of the investigation in the case "Oboronservis". The investigation period extended to 8 November.

The property, in question, contains 6 owned by a former official of the Ministry of defense of real property who reside in Moscow and St. Petersburg, a Bank account in the amount of 25 million rubles and bills paid organizations controlled by Vasilyeva, in an amount exceeding 300 million rubles. After the end of the investigation, if the fault is supernumerary case "Oboronservis" on the new episodes will not be confirmed, it can return to its disposal.
