FT: Putin Vladimir Putin's speech during the 70th session of the General Assembly of the United Nations on the First day of the week in which the Russian President tried to persuade other countries to join the coalition against grouping " Islamic state ", has demonstrated the separation of the European leaders in their positions on the Syrian Arab Republic and Russia, writes.
