Kiev is preparing for the withdrawal in the Donbass heavy weapons of a caliber of less than 100 millimeters, said Thursday the head of the defense Ministry of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak.

On Tuesday in Minsk agreement was initialed the withdrawal of certain weapons a caliber of 100 millimeters and tanks from the frontline in Donbass. On Wednesday all sides have signed the contract. 1st phase of allotment shall commence upon a finding of a complete ceasefire in the Donbas.
