Hollande: the implementation of the "Minsk-2" will take longer than planned
The process of implementation of the Minsk agreements will take more time than planned, said the head of the French Republic Francois Hollande on the results of the meeting in "Norman format" in Paris.

"Yes, most likely, it will take more time, but today we discussed it as well," said Hollande.

The meeting of the presidents of Russia, France, Ukraine and Chancellor of Germany was held at the Elysee Palace, in a narrow format, the leaders talked approximately within one hour, after which the dialogue was continued in an expanded format. In total, the leaders of the 4 countries talked 4 hours and 50 minutes - 3 times less than in the previous talks.

The previous meeting of the "Normandy four" summit was held in Minsk on 11-12 February. Then the dialogue continued for 16 hours, the result was consensus, known as the " Minsk-2 ".
