Ukrainian delegation at the talks "channel four" in Paris tried to impose the postponement of the entry into force of the Treaty on the free trade area of Kiev with the EU, scheduled for 1 January 2016, said the Deputy head of the presidential administration Konstantin Eliseev.

"We tried to impose, so we have postponed the temporary implementation of the so-called commercial part of the Treaty of Union, which should begin to run from January 1, 2016 - this will not, this idea was also discarded (the Ukrainian side - ed.)", - Yeliseyev said at a press conference on the first day of the week.

a year earlier, Ukraine and the European Parliament ratified the Association agreement of the EU, part of which is the provision on free trade area. Russia is concerned with the introduction from 1 January 2016 in the provisions of the FTA and fears of an influx of duty free items from the EU through Ukraine.

Kiev and the EU try to come to a compromise with the Russian side. However, before the speaker called very small chance that Russia will not enter the food embargo and customs duties for Ukraine on 1 January 2016, a fresh punishment from Kiev, made them completely miserable.
