The head of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said that the perpetrators of transgressions against humanity in the Donbass will Never fall under the Amnesty.

"All who committed iniquities against humanity, in no way under the Amnesty are not covered and will Never fall. Never those who were killed, who brought down the Malaysian aircraft, who were doing shots on Mariupol and Volnovakha, will Never fall under the Amnesty ", - said Klimkin, speaking in the Ukrainian Parliament on Wednesday.

He again said that no special status for Donbass do not happen, and there is only the law on local self-government in those territories.
