Dutch news Agency NOS News and RTL News and the printed edition of the Volkskrant have plans to go to court to seek from the Ministry of security and justice of the country of publication of documents relating to the crash of aircraft MH17 in Eastern Ukraine, informs the Dutch media group.

It is noted that in the past year, media outlets individually were written to Ministerial and government commissions that studied the collapse of the Malaysian Boeing in the East of Ukraine. Because of the Law on open government (Public Governance Act) of medicompany asked agencies to provide them with reports about the actions of the authorities in connection with the tragedy, to restore the chronicle of government action on 17 July 2014.
