We need to continue the dialogue with Kiev and the IMF on the issue of payments by Ukraine debt to Russia, it will give the opportunity to defend themselves in the future, said Tuesday the head of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

"Errors will be less if the contact will be direct and work, interested in solutions to all questions, and in the financial sector. I ask you this dialogue to continue and with Kyiv partners, and with our colleagues in the IMF, " Putin said at a meeting with the government.
