NASA failed launch of a satellite with the ISS The U.S. space Agency (NASA) as a consequence of technical problems not able to launch to the International space station 2 satellite. According to some sources, a technical failure was found in the starting system in the U.S. segment of the ISS.

As informs "Interfax" referring to a source in the rocket and space industry, with 5 to 7 October with the Japanese manipulator and an American launch system developed by NanoRacks, a space had to send 16 satellites. These devices were delivered to the station in early August, the Japanese cargo spacecraft HTV-5.
