Observers special monitoring mission (SMM) of the OSCE confirmed the presence of stockpiles of all weapons with a caliber of not more than 100 millimeters, as stated in the first stage of withdrawal from the contact line of the self-proclaimed Lugansk national Republic and Kiev.

"The fifteenth of October the SMM monitored the process of the diversion of mortars to a place of storage of weapons and LNR to a single - Armed forces of Ukraine. SMM has agreed the presence of all declared weapons in both places, warehousing, as provided in the Annex to the set of measures, " - said the press service of the mission.

The Ukrainian authorities in April of last year began military action against the self-proclaimed LNR and DND.
