Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin during the visit to Washington has agreed with American high officials the implementation of the Minsk agreements on Donbas and punishment against Russia, informs the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

according to the Ukrainian Ministry of foreign Affairs, during the meetings, the sides discussed the state of implementation of the Minsk agreements and stressed the need for the militia DND and LNR provisions about the withdrawal of weapons and stop the fire, as well as a full admission of OSCE observers as the condition of the local elections in Donbas in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
