in March 2014 the European Union on request of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine froze for one year the assets of 18 former Ukrainian officials suspected of misappropriation of state property. In March of this year, these penalties were extended.

in the list adopted in March 2014 were from the beginning included 18 people, then it was expanded to 22. Later, the EU again reduced the list to 18.
