The captain of the boat " Ivolga ", sunken in Odessa, charged with violation of safety rules and said the General Prosecutor's office of Ukraine (PGO).

"The Prosecutor's office of Odessa region controls the course of investigation in criminal proceedings on part 3 of article 276 of the criminal code of Ukraine (violation of safety rules of movement and operation of water transport, which entailed death of people). The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko ordered to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the causes of the crash. A government Commission before November 2 must provide a report on the results of the investigation of the disaster.
