The political subgroup of the contact group on settling the situation in Donbas has completed the dialogues in Minsk, informs a press-service of the head of the delegation of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic in the peace talks, the head of the people's Council DND Denis Pushilin.

The next round of negotiations of the contact group on the peaceful settlement in the Donbas and its sub-working groups began Wednesday in the Belarusian capital. Over the Past period of time of regular meetings of the contact group yield tangible results. The parties could come to a consensus about the withdrawal from the separation line of the parties in the Donbass weapons up to a caliber of 100 millimeters and tanks.

The last document from February 12 - in addition to the ceasefire, withdrawal of heavy weapons and the creation of security zones, obliges the Ukrainian Authorities to engage in direct dialogue with the authorized DND and LNR, for example, on the issue of holding local elections, entering into the Constitution of Ukraine of change, involving the decentralization of Power, as well as on the issue of legislative recognition of special status " of Donetsk and Lugansk regions ".
