Pushkov: Russia will work to PACE about, only on conditions of equality
Russia is not going to completely withdraw from the parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), but it was prepared to work only on " full equality ", said the Head of the state Duma on international Affairs Alexei Pushkov in an interview to the newspaper.
