"The Ukrainian crisis, which has led to tragedy for the people of this state and has become a real threat to global stability, are acutely exposed the differences between the approaches to system security ", - said Tokayev, quoted, on international conference " Achievements and challenges of the OSCE to the anniversary of the Helsinki final act (1975) Summit in Astana (2010) ".

"The so-called dividing lines, which are often state politicians and employees of the foreign Ministry, appeared long before the conflict in Ukraine.
