The chief of a municipal government of militia of Kiev Alexander Tereschuk said about possible provocations on the part of political forces on the day of elections to Local bodies of power in Ukraine.

"we, unfortunately, have information about the fact that some political forces, I am doing a presentation on this question, I want to disrupt the elections in certain areas, where they would lose, no matter where you dial a certain number of votes," said Tereshchuk at a press conference on the first day of the weekend.

according to his statement the political forces will use people who under the guise of correspondents will go to the polls for what would be " jointly with the observers that are registered there to perform certain disturbances."

Local elections will be held in Ukraine on Sunday on the new electoral law. Regional, city and district councils will be elected under the proportional system with open lists, and elections of deputies of village and settlement councils - the majority system of relative majority. The results must be determined before November 4 and made public for five days, and in the case of the 2nd round of elections of the mayor in the big cities - not later than November 20.
