Hg: the patrols and the development of databases in the buffer area helps the OSCE
Patrols and bases in the development buffer area will contribute to the execution of the work of the OSCE in the conflict region, told reporters Deputy head of the special monitoring mission of the OSCE in Ukraine Alexander Hg.

"The security situation in the buffer area is of particular importance, for this reason, we believe that the Patrols and bases in the development of these areas will contribute to the execution of our work, but it will be maybe only if safe to do so, and we will be provided with appropriate support to that party which in fact controls this territory," he said.

Hug also added that to the extent not controlled by the government, there are only 3 of the OSCE office in such cities as Donetsk, Luhansk and Stakhanov.

The Ukrainian authorities in April of last year began military action against the self-proclaimed LNR and DND. According to the final data of the UN, the victims of the conflict began more than 8 thousand people. The settlement of the situation in the Donbas region is discussed, as well as among them, during meetings in Minsk the contact group, which since September of last year had already taken 3 of the document, regulating the steps to de-escalate the conflict.
