according to the information of " OPORA ", the most common failures, recorded by public observers, is the attempt of issuing a ballot paper without passport - such cases were recorded at 4, 6% of the polling stations throughout Ukraine.

However, in some cities the situation is worse: a similar breach recorded on 7, 2% of the polling stations in Dnepropetrovsk, 6, 2% of the sites in Odessa and 3, 2% of the polling stations in Kharkiv. In most cases, because of the reaction of observers, the incidents were solved by the method legitimate: legitimate voters were denied the opportunity to vote. It is characteristic that, in comparison with the first half of the day, the percentage of such abuse on a national scale decreased significantly, from 14, 3% 4, 6%.

Local elections are held in Ukraine on Sunday on the new electoral law. Regional, city and district councils will be elected under the proportional system with open lists, and the deputies of village councils under majority system of relative majority. The results must be determined before November 4 and made public for five days, and in the case of the 2nd round of elections of the mayor in the big cities - not later than November 20.
