The turnout for local elections in Kyiv on 13. 00 is 10-12%
The turnout at the elections to Local authorities in Kyiv on 12. 00 (13. 00 MSK) is 10-12%, said the head of Kiev city administration Volodymyr Bondarenko at a press conference on Sunday.

"according to operational information, the Turnout in Kyiv on 12 hours is 10-12%," - said Bondarenko.

He said that predicts final turnout in Kiev up to 50%.

Local elections are held in Ukraine on Sunday on the new electoral law. Regional, city and district councils will be elected under the proportional system with open lists, and the deputies of village councils under majority system of relative majority. The results must be determined before November 4 and made public for five days, and in the case of the 2nd round of elections of the mayor in the big cities - not later than November 20.
