at this moment, the Ukraine has 40 elected heads of local, village and settlement councils, and at the same time, the total number of local chapters in the country makes more than 10 thousand.

in Ukraine on Sunday have passed elections in Regional and local authorities on the new electoral law. Regional, city and district councils elected under the proportional system with open lists, and elections of deputies of village and settlement councils - the majority system of relative majority. The results must be determined before November 4 and made public for five days, and in the case of the 2nd round of elections of the mayor in the big cities - not later than November 20.
