The security service of Ukraine upon explosions of ammunition under the control of Kiev in Svatovo of Luhansk oblast opened criminal proceedings under paragraph " a terrorist act ", reports Ukrainian news Agency referring to a source in law enforcement bodies.

on Thursday evening in Svatovo, Ukraine under control, started to explode ammunition warehouse of the military unit. The Ministry of internal Affairs and rescuers proceeded to the localization of PE. Local authorities said about one killed and 4 received the damage.

"The SBU opened criminal proceedings on the fact of explosions in Svatovo according to section 258 of the criminal code of Ukraine (terrorist attack)," said the source.
