City's election Commission on Tuesday night announced the victory of incumbent mayor Gennady Trukhanov in the first round of elections of the town Governor with more than 52% of the vote. Alexander Borovik, the main competitor of Trukhanova, scored 25, 7%. He declared the election fraudulent, what it was supported by the Governor of Saakashvili.
