The permanent representative of the Russian Federation: situation in Donbass gives hope for the implementation of the " Minsk-2 "
The situation in Eastern Ukraine gives reason to hope that the Minsk consensus will be completely done, said Russia's permanent representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich.

"Kiev, Donetsk and Lugansk to adhere to the General consensus about stop fire in the Donbass. According to the examination results of the special monitoring mission of the OSCE, the situation is " mostly peaceful ".
