Microsoft wants to increase the cost for the software and cloud services in the Russian Federation from 1 January 2016. The price of products for private users will grow by 19% for commercial customers - from 19% software 25% on "cloud" based on the licensing schemes of the product.

As informs the edition "Kommersant", in early February 2015, after a rapid collapse of the ruble, Microsoft has changed the cost in Russia. Then the increase amounted to 15-30%. According to Russian partners and Microsoft customers, the reasons for a new increase in tariffs again associated with the weakening of the ruble.

"We periodically review our pricing policy, in order to respond to market dynamics. In light of what is happening on the Russian market configurations Microsoft corrects prices for software and cloud products," - said the President of "Microsoft Russia" Paul Betsis.

According to his statement, "in light of what is happening on the Russian market of changes" for private users the price will be increased by 19%, for paying customers the products of the company will rise in price by 25%. Among other more expensive Microsoft Office and Office 365, tools for servers, even SQL Server and cloud services based on Windows Azure. It features added that change of tariffs will affect all products, except boxed versions of Windows, Xbox game consoles, decisions on the licensing of unlicensed copies of Windows and products Dynamics/CRM.
