The routes of the largest Ukrainian airline "Ukraine International airlines" (UIA) does not pass through the airspace over the Sinai Peninsula, informs a press-service of the organization on Tuesday.
The A321 aircraft to the Russian airline "Kogalymavia" carrying out flight 9268 Sharm El-Sheikh to St Petersburg, crashed on 31 October in the Sinai Peninsula. Lost his life all were in the salon: 217 passengers and 7 crew members. Disaster was the largest in recorded history of Russian and Soviet aviation.
"in the area of Sinai are 3 routes MAU in Sharm El-Sheikh, Amman and Dubai. Air corridors all the above flights are laid so that the planes of the MAU are not included in the airspace over the Sinai Peninsula: flights to/from Dubai and Amman overfly the territory on the East side, and flights to/from Sharm El-Sheikh is Western, " says the Company in connection with numerous appeals.
MAU stressed that all flights of the organization are on schedule and in compliance with the International requirements of flight safety.
