Opposing political force will not recognize the results of the elections in Kharkiv region
Ukrainian party "Opposition bloc" does not recognize the Results of elections in the Kharkiv region, because the candidates from the political party not allowed to participate in the elections, said in the party, Boris Kolesnikov during the meeting of the "Oppositional government" on Tuesday.

Later the Kyiv court obliged the Ministry of justice of Ukraine to register the regional organization of the "Opposition block" in Kharkov. Then, Centrizbircom of Ukraine has registered 105 candidates in people's deputies of Kharkiv regional Council, but refused to Mikhail Dobkin, who is first in the party list at the local elections and was willing to register as a candidate for the position of mayor.

"We will never recognize the results of elections in the Kharkov area and force to hold fresh Local elections," Kolesnikov quoted the press service of the party.

According to the party member, in the Kharkiv region candidates from the Opposition bloc were deprived of the opportunity to participate in elections to city, district and village councils.

Local elections were held in Ukraine on 25 October on a new electoral law. In small towns with population over 90 thousand people, the mayor was elected by a simple majority vote, and in large has the opportunity to be assigned to a second round if none of the candidates will be able to gain an absolute majority (50% plus one vote).

The results must be determined before November 4 and made public for five days, and in case of holding the 2nd round in the big cities - not Later than November 20. According to the information received, exit poll, the second round of elections of the mayor will likely need to be held in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Odessa.
