Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk said that he appealed to the European Commission a petition to form a Fund to increase salaries for state officials.

"I have already asked the European Commission to form a Fund to increase salaries for state officials. It's all that we really could get a professional people - people who understand what they do, and those people who are able to carry out appropriate reforms in the system, " said Yatsenyuk at the government meeting on Wednesday.
