Ukraine currently has a moratorium on the implementation of agricultural land. It is installed before January 1, 2016. Ukrainian citizens fear that with the abolition of their lands have the opportunity for a pittance to buy big businessmen.

"Today (Thursday) at the meeting of the agricultural Committee supported my initiative and other national MPs about the extension of the moratorium on the implementation of the land until January 1, 2017. So, all the issues and emotional stress, which concerned the consideration of this question must be dropped, " Kutovoy said at a press conference.

He expressed the hope that in the near future, maybe before the end of the current week, a draft law will be discussed in the Parliament and supported by the people's elected representatives of all factions.

Ukraine since 2004 is trying to allow the free purchase and sale of agricultural land, but this initiative was blocked by Parliament, which introduced the relevant moratorium. The issue of cancelling the moratorium on the implementation of farmland has wide public resonance. The Ukrainian authorities promised to settle so as not to prevent speculation on the land market.
